Is there a deadline for becoming a sponsor?
To maximize your exposure on the outbound marketing for the Embedded Power Conference, we recommend you reserve space early. Exhibit space and sponsorship availability is limited. To date, we have only FIVE sponsorship opportunities left. The Sponsorship Brochure below details the remaining options and the benefits sponsors receive from their participation.

Once a contract is signed, please contact Jessica Schroeder at 415.947.6824 or JSchroeder@ubm-us.com for any sponsorship questions. A detailed exhibitor service information packet will be distributed in June via email to all sponsors and exhibitors.
Who do I contact if I didn't receive my Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM)?
The Embedded Power Conference will be producing a packet of information for sponsors and exhibitors. This exhibitor information packet will be available mid-June. A copy of the packet will be emailed to all exhibitors. If you have not received your information packet by June 16, please email Jessica Schroeder directly at JSchroeder@ubm-us.com .
Can I download the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM)?
The exhibitor information packet will be available online after June 16 for download.

What are the marketing and sponsorship offerings at the Embedded Power Conference?
Sponsors at the Embedded Power Conference have a variety of marketing and promotional opportunities already built into their sponsor packages. These oportunities range from direct mail, logo placement, web site exposure and emails.
